Geode PRM: governed from the inside
Every Geode PRM contains a mathematically deterministic reasoning kernel. This is not a prompt layer. It is not a guardrail bolted to an LLM output. It is the core of the system and it has one job: govern the execution surface.
When a Geode receives a task it does not immediately generate a response. It constructs a canonical cognitive state. It sets the constraints. It validates the structure of the reasoning plan before generation begins.
Then it reasons. In bounded steps. With explicit checkpoints.
The kernel tracks n-turn completion against the task objective. It does not release output until the acceptance criteria are satisfied. The model cannot output prematurely because the architecture prevents it.
This is what makes Geode a Persistent Reasoning Model rather than a language model. The difference is not in the parameters. It is in what governs them.
Surface OS + Geode PRM. Deployable anywhere. 350M parameter core. Governed from the inside.
